3. Data Access and Portability

You may export your entire data at any time in a machine-readable format, without restrictions or fees.

4. Account Termination and Data Deletion

If you choose to stop paying for the service, your data will be securely retained for one month (30 days) from your last payment date.
During this grace period, you may access and export your data at any time.
After 30 days of non-payment, all your account data will be permanently deleted from our systems, with no backup or recovery option.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous and secure access to our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as necessary to improve our service or comply with regulations.
